and Deposits
Inquiries can be made by mail, phone,
fax, email.
A deposit is required
to confirm all reservations. Please complete our Online Form or print
and mail the completed Printable
Reservation Request Form. Or Each week
of reservation requires a $250 deposit by VISA or
MasterCard. Deposits
for camping are $50.00 weekly. Reservations must
be confirmed by a deposit within 5 working days, otherwise
the reservation
may be
cancelled. |
Cancellations
Deposits are refundable (less $50.00 fee
for administration) if written notice is
received 60 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations made with less than 60 days notice will be
refunded (less $50.00 administration fee) upon our ability
to re-book accommodations. |

Reservations accepted 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. Reservation phone 1-905-342-2078. For arrivals after
9:00 p.m. please call ahead for special arrangements.

Check-in Time
Cottage check-in 1:00 p.m. Check-out
10:00
a.m. Adjustments will not be made for late
arrivals or early departures. Please let us know
upon booking, your approximate time of arrival. |

Upon
Arrival
All guests to register at store upon arrival.
Balance of cottage rental fee is due upon
arrival. Cash, Visa or MasterCard is accepted.
(Personal cheques are not accepted) |
Other Fees
A security/damage deposit of $200 per boat
is required upon rental. Regardless of age, an extra
charge applies for people above maximum occupancy (Other
Rates). No over crowding can or will be allowed. |

Quiet Time
For the comfort of other
guests, no noise after 11:00 p.m. with all outside radios turned off. All
campfires must be put out with water no later than 12:00
pm. |
Animals
For the comfort of other guests, we request you do not
bring your pet. Please discuss this with us at time
of booking. If you must bring a pet, one small,
quiet, housebroken dog is permitted per cottage or
campsite at a rate of $30.00 extra per week or $5.00 extra
per day. Pet must not be left unattended and
must be on a leash at all times. We ask that you stoop and scoop.

Other
Tower
Manor Lodge absolves itself from any
liability, loss, injury or damages, however caused. Due to insurance
regulations, no storage of gas or gas containers on Tower Manor Lodge property.
